COCKTAILMASTER

About Cocktailmaster and liquid density :
The Cocktailmaster was designed to make layered cocktails and as such its mechanism is based on the fact that different liquids have different densities.
- The higher the sugar content, the heavier the liquid.
- The higher the alcohol content, the lighter the liquid.
If you want to change the relative densities of the liquids you are using, you just need to add sugar to increase density and add water (or alcohol) to reduce it.
To ensure the Cocktailmaster works perfectly, first wet the float.
Pour the first liquid into the glass, adding an ice-cube if you wish.
Place the Cocktailmaster on top of the glass, ensuring that the ball floats freely on top of the first liquid.
Add the different liquids one at a time, ordered according to density (see example).
Make sure each liquid has fully emptied into the glass before pouring the next.
Instructions for use :

- Place the Cocktailmaster on top of the glass, ensuring that the ball floats freely on top of the first liquid.
- Add the different liquids one at a time, ordered according to density (see example). Make sure each liquid has fully emptied into the glass before pouring the next.
NB : the float must be clean and free of traces of fat or oil.
